| hey guys, we're planning a hiking trip to Denver for the last week of May, just before summer. What are the popular hiking spots in and around the city you can suggest? |

| hi there, Two of the most popular places for hiking excursions in Denver are Rocky Mountain National Park and Red Rocks Park. Rocky Mountain National Park offers lovely alpine panoramas and it is great for spotting all kinds of wildlife such as hawks. Over at Red Rocks (near Colorado Springs), you'll see amazing rock formations and with such a rugged terrain, make sure to bring good hiking boots. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
