|  great american beer fest vs portland brewfest hey guys, we have an opportunity this year to either the great american beer fest or the portland brewfest. We've never been to a beer fest before and I could do with some input...which beer festival is best? |

| Re: great american beer fest vs portland brewfest If you want to taste lots of beers, the Portland Brewest can't compare it to GABF (Great American Beer Festival) where you will be able to sample thousands of different American beers. The Great American Beer Festival is hold in September and tickets cost around $55, where the Oregon Brewers Festival is in summer and it's free to enter and it's a great little fest to sample the finest craft beers. On second thought, I'd suggest heading to Portland Brewfest, I think you will love it there best because of its great homey feel. |
