Depends where you're coming from. If you live within driving range, getting to Vail ski resort by is the best way because it offers a nice opportunity to enjoy a scenic drive along the way.

By the way, you can find Vail ski resort just off of Interstate 70, if you plan to drive. In the other hand, if you plan to get here by plane, the good news is that you don't have to limit yourself to the airport in Denver.

In fact, you can choose to land at the smaller Eagle County Airport, which is just found just 30 minutes west of Vail, from pretty much anywhere in the U.S.

Hi there. I would say that anyone who needs to figure out how to get to Vail should consider the regional shuttle companies. The most renowned is Colorado Mountain Express, and it offers convenient connections between the Denver Airport and any number of ski resorts, including Vail. Renting a car at the airport is also an option, with the drive west to Vail along Interstate 70 taking about two hours. I like the tip from Ruby about arriving at the Eagle County Airport, by the way. Very convenient option.
