|  Cheap Surfing Hi , I found this board looking for beta on surfing Costa Rica. I am a beginner looking for the authentic experience with cheap, simple lodging and the right waves. cold beer is the only necessary luxury. Anybody out there have the inside scoop? Tips? Thanks! |

| Re: Cheap Surfing Hey Wheelclub, My boyfriend and I were in Costa Rico about a year ago and I can say with out a doubt Tamarindo is definitely the place you’re looking for. It’s has great surfing, its not too expensive and I have a feeling you’ll find everything your looking for there (cold beers, cute girls, relaxed atmosphere and great surfing). Let us know how it goes. |

| Re: Cheap Surfing I'd have to say Playa Dominical its a beach-front town, situated on the South Pacific Coast, just 45km south of Quepos and 35km west of San Isidro de General. Tamarindo is where you'll find more of a scene and peeps to tip back a cold one with. |
