Thumbs down Car Rental Rip-Offs
If you rent a car in Costa Rica DO NOT use Expedition Car Rental or Plus Rent A Car. They are both rip-offs and will spoil you trip.

good to know, but how do you mean rip off? what do i need to watch for? if these guys do it, im sure there are others.
