Hello all. I am preparing for my first trip to CR in June of 2007 and I have no idea where to begin! Can someone tell me about the nightlife and where to find it? The costs, etc.. Any info will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

We are considering staying (rental home) in Jaco. We want to do surf lessons (2-3 days), and a zip line tour. Both of these are in close vicinity of Jaco, right?
Secondly, we want to do an Arenal volcano visit. How long a drive to Arenal from Jaco?
