|  snorkeling in Costa Rica hey guys, I am searching for ideal spots for snorkeling in Costa Rica...I can see there is hundreds of spots and I wanted to get some ideas and suggestions from the forum...?? thanks in advance! |

| Re: snorkeling in Costa Rica hi there, Tortuga Island Costa Rica is one of the most sought after spots for snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving and beach activities. I think this place is one of the best locations and you'll love it! Having said this, Tortuga Island can only be reached by organizing tour from San Jose City. Tortuga Island tours include both ends of the two hour trip to Puntarenas along with the lolling boat ride out into the Gulf. To give you an idea, the tours cost around $100 but it includes the lunch and snorkel rentals. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
