|  worth doing the Yangtze River cruise? Just planning our itinerary for our vacation to China next year....Is it worth doing the Yangtze River cruise? what are your experiences? many thanks! |

My family and I took a 3 day cruise on the Yangtze River to see the scenery, but to be honest it was not what I had expected and the haze in the air made it difficult to see afar, though overall it was okay. I enjoyed the cruise, it was very relaxing and got to do at least one on-shore excursion each day such as visit to Fengdu to see the historical sites and temples. One tip: If you're going with a Chinese cruise company, you'll find that many of them only offer narrations in Chinese so do double check this. |
