winter cruise destinations

im looking for a warm place to spend a week or two this winter with my wife and we're deciding on a cruise vacation. where do you recommend?

If you fancy a tropical/ exotic cruise, why not sail the Mexican Riviera or north Africa? The Mexican Riviera boasts warm sunny weather and there are plenty of cruise ships leaving from US ports such as California that you may even be able to take a trip without stepping aboard on airplane.

Cruising along the Nile River would be another great winter cruise destination. A cruise up the Nile may be a perfect vacation for you. Again, you'll have access to that glorious warm weather, and you'll also be able to experience ancient history seeing the temples and tombs located along Egypt's stretch of the river.
