Diving in Cuba

i am looking to take my gf to the Caribbean and i am deciding whether to go to Jamaica again or Cuba..i'd love to go to Cuba and visit Havana too. Does Cuba offer good opportunities for scuba diving? can you share your experiences? many thanks!

I went with my boyfriend on a beach vacation to Cuba and stayed in an all-inclusive resort in Cayo coco. There are loads of scuba diving resorts here and the area has pristine coral reefs teeming with many marine everywhere.

We loved here because this area caters to both novice and experienced divers so if, like me, you're not an experienced diver, you'll find many instructors that can help you brush up on all the basics.

Be in the know that is cheaper to come here during the Cuba "off-season", which generally runs from mid-April through December.
