|  Re: Delaware vacation rentals hi there, Bethany Beach is where you will find the widest range of Delaware beach vacation rentals such as condos, townhouses, so you should certainly be able to find the best fit with little issue. The Sea Colony Oceanfront and Sea Colony Tennis resorts near Bethany Beach are full of Delaware beach rentals that not only afford guests extra space and comfort, but also resort community amenities. Fenwick Island, which is south of Bethany Beach and resting on the Delaware-Maryland border, has more than a handful of great Delaware beach house rentals, and you'll also be able to choose a condo or townhouse as well. There isn't much nightlife in Fenwick Island, but Ocean City, Maryland offers plenty, and it's just a few miles away. All in all, I would say the best thing about staying in one of the Delaware beach rentals is the fact that other beach-towns are so close by. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
