Question Prices Of Tourist Attractions

Ecuador- If I wanted to vistit the Avenue of Volcanoes with a group 1 day tour, how much would that cost? Also, how much would a group tour in the amazon rainforest or cloud forest cost? roughly on average. thanks!

For the Cloud Forest, you're looking at roughly $100-$150 for a day trip. Here's a site that's $115 for a 12 hour trip.

For Avenue of the Volcanoes, I don't think it's possible to see it all in one day unless you're in a plane or something. You can check out portions of the "Avenue" though in one day. This website is listing tours for Cotopaxi Volcano at $45.

Hi Veronica,

Joe's right about the costs and I'd highly recommend this tour option.

Local buses and a do it yourself appoach take quite a bit longer. It took me three days of travel time going from Quito to Riobamba but I had three weeks of travel time. I've attached a nice map that outlines the route. On a side note you may get an opportunity to see Volcano TUNGURAHUA it was pretty active last year.
