White Desert tours

hello,

We'll be in Egypt in mid April and we'll be touring the country extensively. I wanted to ask if anyone's done a White Desert tour before and what are they like?

hi there,

Tours to the White Desert in Egypt usually start from Farafra or Bahariya towns, which are the closest ones to the desert.

There are various different types of White Desert tours available, so I suggest to look into the options before booking. Most of these tours stay out in the desert for at least one night, though it’s possible to stay for much longer if you so chose.

Most of the tours use 4x4's although some tours do use camels but if you choose this mode of transport, it'll take along time to make the journey all the way from Farafra.
