|  Dance festivals in Finland hey guys, i hear Finland is a great place and popular with dance festivals and events all year around? has anyone being to any and what do you recommend? |

|  Re: Dance festivals in Finland hi there, Finland is popular with dance centers where people enjoy dancing while a band typically plays during the event. Most people come to the country dances only to dance, and the most enthusiastic dancers spend the whole evening dancing but some people like to just listen to the music. The most popular form of dancing in these centers or pavillions is the Finnish Tango which has characteristics of the original Argentine tango, combined with a Slavic melancholy and German march music. |
