Default going to a timeshare presentation

I received a timeshare call for a vacation in Orlando Disney Florida and I am wondering whether to go ahead or go to their presentation? I haven't done anything yet, they say they'll call me back so I am wondering what you guys think?

Default Re: going to a timeshare presentation

This is a hard one! It depends whether the timeshare rental company is reputable..there are so many scams out there now a days it's hard to know.

What put me off about timeshare schemes are their yearly fees, which in hindsight it equates to condo rental fees anyway, so why pay the 20k they normally ask for in a contract. Think about it!

If you tell them you're not interested and they still invite you and your family to come, you could go ahead and go to their presentation. You learn so much on those mini-vacations and you get to see some beautiful condos!

Have fun!
