where to go in Emerald Coast?

Hello, I'm looking for suggestion of vacation spots along the coast of Florida with great waters suitable for swimming, fishing, etc? any ideas?

The beaches are just fantastic. I love the white sand. I don't remember ever finding a busy beach even at spring break. There's also an airplane museum at Eglin Air Force Base that's pretty cool. It's the Air Force Armament Museum. I also liked the Gulf World Marine Park. That's in Panama City Beach and you can even swim with the dolphins.

Panama city has white sand beaches too, really awesome. During hurricane season it gets hit when Mississippi or Louisiana do, so from August through November watch the weather reports coming out of the caribbean.
