Florida

From Ft. Lauderdale to Key West there's fun in the sun for everyone in Florida! Enjoy activities like jet-boating in the Everglades, Miami Night Clubs, and theme shopping. For families or people who just enjoy marine wildlife should visit Seaworld in Orlando. With the Atlantic Ocean on the East and the Gulf of Mexico on the West there are many beaches to relax and enjoy the sun.

Default WARNING themepark-tickets.com - don't supply tickets

Ordered managers special 2 park busch gardens/sea world tickets, wet n wild tickets and pirate dinner show tickets in feb and paid in full - only got the pirate ones yesterday. Been on the phone several times over the past week, (eventually after re-dialling for over an hour each time) and kept being promised the tickets, eventually yesterday they said that they hadn't got them!

I am so angry and upset, we fly out on Saturday morning.

How can these people do this!

Just want other people to be aware of these liars, don't order from them!!

Have you called your credit card company about disputing the charges? Typically they will do this and you can wipe your hands clean of this mess.

Sorry to hear about your problems don't let it spoil your vacation and have a great trip!

Did you know this company is based in the UK? Not sure why you'd buy tickets from a UK based company for US theme parks?

d360 is saying that the company you bought the tickets from looks like they're based out of the United Kingdom. This might be why they're having problems supplying tickets to a United States theme park.

Contact your credit card company and dispute the bill.

This also happened to me.
I ordered 2x Disney 14 day Ultimate Tickets and 2x 5 Park Flex Ticket at a cost of over £500. These were part of my daughter and her new husbands wedding present. As I had previously booked Car Hire, Flights, Villas,Theme Park tickets, in fact quite a few complete independant holidays online I wasn't unduly worried that the tickets had not arrived until about 10 days ago when we had heard nothing.
I then started checking online and found this forum!
We tried to contact the company by phone and it was always engaged, we tried email but with no replies. Then I emailed the company threatening them with contacting my Credit Card Company and Trading Standards. Lo and behold we get an email from them saying the tickets will be dispatched on Tuesday (7th August) I waited until Thursday thinking this would give them plenty of time to arrive. They didn't so this time I sent an email threatening them this time that I would contact the Police, Trading Standards and my Credit Card Company!
Today my daughter gets a call from them for me or her husband to call them! They gave me the wrong number. I had the right numbers on my computer so called them. Eventually I got through to a man called Sunil who informed me that they hadn't received the tickets yet so they would not be able to get them to me before the day of the flight.
Sunil offered me a full refund which would be instantly paid to my Credit Card Account which of course I accepted and then hung up.
I called my Credit Card Company to see whether or not the refund had gone into my account and unfortunately they said it would take 7 to 10 days to show.
So I am in the same boat as other people who have used this company and had nothing from them. BTW they are now buying their tickets when they get to Florida!

Yeah this is a pretty common thing. A lot of places take your money and will hold it and only refund it unless you complain. They make their money on the majority of people that are either too embarrassed or not vocal enough to fight to get their money back.
