| Does anyone have recent information on the Grand Seas Resort in Daytona Beach, Florida. We've traded our time share at the Sheraton Vistana, Orlando, for the Grand Seas in August. I've seen some very bad reports on this place and now I'm concerned. Any info would be greatly appreciated. |

| There are a lot of great Daytona Beach Hotels and you will have plenty to do to while on vacation here. The location is beautiful and the beaches are stunning. As for the Grand Seas Resort it has 5 stars which is usually a good indication of whats on offer. I found information which describes the resort and accommodation as - All the units at the Grand Seas Resort are beautifully appointed with vibrant colors, full kitchens, sleeper sofas, jacuzzi tubs, and breathtaking views. Each studio is designed with a walk-in kitchen: full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Free color TV and free local calls are provided for all our guest. The studio is furnished with a queen size murphy bed and a pull out couch. This spacious room sleeps a total of four adults. On the other hand you can make this beautiful studio into a comfortable living room and entertain guest throughout the day. No matter if you are looking at the sunset or sun rise, you will be pleased with this vibrant room. The reviews i have found about the resort are quite mixed. Most people have had a great stay and have found their rooms and meals both above standard. There are a few individuals who have had issues with staff but this is obviously their personal opinion and it doesnt mean you will have the same problem. Maybe those staff members are no longer there. If you have already booked your vacation i would approach the resort with an open mind. Hopefully you will enjoy the comforts there and enjoy your trip, i would suggest that you make your own opinion but hopefully you wont have any problems. If you havent been to Daytona Beach before you should look at the Daytona Beach pages for ideas on places to visit on your trip. |
