Florida Weekend Getaway

We are looking for a small house/cottage on the beach for a Florida weekend getaway.

We would even consider one at a lake. We would like to stay in the panhandle of Florida.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

I know you're looking for a small house or cottage but I thought to suggest the Emerald Isle resort in Pensacola Beach. At this Pensacola resort, you can do your own cooking and each room comes with fully-stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD players, and complimentary high speed internet access.

I am actually looking for something on the beach, somewhat secluded for my husband and I .. Just for a couple of days.

I think then Pensacola beach in the panhandle is the place for you guys. Pensacola beach is not as crowded as other locations in Florida and it is perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway
