Red face Florida Beaches

Florida Beaches are among the best in the world. There are many great places to vacation, but Florida is one of America's favorites. The beaches of Caladesi Island and Fort De Soto Park are recognized as the best. Thanks for sharing this nice information.

Wow.. Caladesi Island is 661 acres and only accessible by boat so it should be very relaxing.. Plus they have a 3 mile Kayak run.. Something I've always wanted to do!

The best locations for beach property are in high tourist areas and quality urban areas such as Fort Lauderdale, Miami, St Augustine, Naples, Tampa, Daytona, and Sarasota just to mention a few areas.

Just want everyone to know about the Oil spill here living in Pensacola now please come down here we need your support. Give it to our neighbors in Alabama and Louisiana also.
Was at the beach yesterday 6-7-2010 no oil in sight we are hoping for the currents to save us.

Pensacola and Destin have the nicest beaches.Although Saint Augustine has nice ones as well. Would say away from Daytona, more of just a flat surface as opposed to an actual beach.

Jupiter, the northernmost city in Palm Beach County, has a lot of pretty beaches. Not so great for surfing, but fantastic for families and relaxing. As a Jupiter beach bum, I highly recommend it :)

Some of the best beaches in Florida are found on the west coast in the Tampa Bay area. At Fort DeSoto Park, there’s a fishing pier, pool, picnic area, and the cool waters of the Gulf. The park contains an actual fort with original artillery. Also in Pinellas County is Caladesi Island accessible by boat or ferry. St Pete, Treasure Island, and Indian Rocks are all major tourist destinations for beach lovers and have some of the best seafood restaurants around. The Sarasota-Bradenton area is also a popular vacation area with miles of beach for sunning as well as coral reefs for snorkeling and diving.

Switching coasts, Miami has the infamous South Beach area plus many smaller beach and park areas on the barrier islands bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. Daytona Beach has miles of beach popular with surfers. Destin and Panama City in the Panhandle have beautiful beaches where you can see for miles. Wherever you go in the state, Florida's beaches are spectacular and well worth a visit.
