Default Spring break in SoBe?

My friends and I are heading to South Beach for some fun. We'll be staying at the Townhouse, which I've heard good things about. Can anyone point me to some bars/clubs that we absolutely MUST go to? Also, some pointers on how to get into these places would be much appreciated! Thanks guys.

The Townhouse is super cool! you'll be well looked after. Check out the Bond St. Lounge if your into sushi its their house restaurant.

For clubs I'd recommend:

Opium - The Asian themed restaurant features a sushi bar, hydraulic tables and a wind tunnel! When you've had your fill indoors, step into the Opium Garden, to pose the night away. With an A-list crowd, Opium is one of South Beach's hottest venues.

Prive - An eclectic team of South Beach nightlife superstars put this choice late-night venue on the map. Chill at one of four bars or spring for a bottle and enjoy one of the intimate alcoves that line the dance floor.

Mansion - Originally built as a movie theater, this Art Deco space is widely regarded as the crown jewel of local nightlife. Mansion features four rooms featuring hip hop, house, progressive and a chic VIP area.

Bash - Bash is known as the ultimate party destination for Miami's elite club goers. The north wall facing the bar offers access, through graceful arches, to dance floor and the two VIP areas.

Pearl -This is one of Miami's top nightclubs! Orange and white rooms, bubbling water walls, polka dot tables, and a champagne bar with seashell chairs attract beautiful people

B.E.D. - True to the South Beach mantra that everything fun happens in BED, this venue serves up entertainment and drinks in luxurious beds packed with plush pillows. Rated one of America's top night spots.

Nights of the week.
B.E.D. - B.E.D. goes off Mondays and Wednesdays.
Opium - Friday night at Opium is hot.
Privé - Thursdays can rock.
Mansion - Saturday's party is off the chain.
Bash - Wednesday is classic house.
Pearl - 80's Thursdays brings back the memories.

Wow thanks for the recommendations, d360! You've pretty much been to all the party places, haven't you! I'm glad you approve of the Townhouse. A lot of the other hotels we looked at have some terrible reviews. One of the reasons I'm so psyched about Townhouse is the rooftop lounge. I've heard it's the place to be on Friday nights.

Again, thanks for all the info!

Winter Music Conference is in March (20-25)..its the mecca of club music and nightlife in the US....complete list of parties and events are at: http://wintermusicconference.com/

Mansion is in the thick of the club scene nationwide, the 8,600 sq. ft. ultra lounge, Prive, is impeccable, but DONT FORGET THE LEGENDARY SPACE downtown....seriously, it is as close to Ibiza as you get in the states...I vaguely remember leaving there around 10am one time and the place was still PACKED!

VE!
