|  skiing vacation in Lyon hiya, A few of us would like to go to France rather than Switzerland and I am trying to located potential skiing spots. Has anyone been or going on a skiing vacation in Lyon this winter? what are the skiing spots in Lyon and how far are they? |

|  Re: skiing vacation in Lyon hiya, Alpe du Grand Serre is just 90 minutes from Lyon and it's the closest one. This place is a popular spot for a skiing vacation in Lyon for every level. There are over 30 individual runs and miles of cross country trails, with amenities such as spa and sauna so, you won't miss Switzerland that much:) One thing I would say is that you can be very selective in choosing the resort that is right for you guys because there are plenty of them around. |
