Where to stay in Paris with a 1 year-old baby?

I will go together with my little son to Paris next month
I'm worry about accommodations, because he is too small - 1 year

I want to stay in not very expensive place but very clean, with enough space for me and baby
Also it will be good to have some place for baby pram...
I'm thinking about Blackston Opera hotel... but still not sure
Really need somebody advice

Sorry to be a party spoiler but I think taking a baby to Paris isn't a good idea as you'll be turned away from cafes and restaurants because you're carrying a pram; trust me...my sister-in-law had this problem with a 6 month old when they were going to Disneyland Paris.

According to her, there is no such thing as a baby changing room anywhere and there is very little by way of lifts or ramps.

I'd suggest taking a really good and comfortable baby carrier instead of a stroller, specially if you're planning to use the metro system.
