France Great food and wine are just some of what France has in store. Prior to 1930, the Eiffel Tower stood as the tallest structure in the world and is the icon of Paris. Housing some of the most spectacular works of art is the Louvre with over 35,000 pieces. For more culture visit the Palace of Versailles but for outdoor activities, every July the Tour de France runs through the country.

I was wondering how far Bordeauz is from Marseille if it is fairly easy to drive to or any other dependable transportation to get there. I am cruising asnd will be in Marseille and would like to go to a winery whilst in the area?

The distance from Bordeaux to Marseille is 314 miles (505km). If you were driving it is an easy enough journey, you could make the trip in a day. However, if you are looking for a more relaxing drive and over night stay my be better. You could take a look at the things to do pages for more ideas on places to visit along the way.
