|  fishing trip in Georgia we're planning a fishing trip in Georgia and we're interested in learning about fly fishing. Is it possible to do this there? also, do we need licenses for fishing trout? thanks |

| Re: fishing trip in Georgia hi there, If you are interested in learning about fly fishing, there are professional guide services there available to teach beginners the basics or help experienced anglers hone their skills. Regarding fishing licenses, you do need a fishing license for trout fishing in Georgia, although if you do trout fishing in the designated areas in the Georgia State Park you won't need one.
