|  germany in may We are going to go to Germany in May 2011, will be based in Frankfurt staying with niece. Where are the best castles, clocks in the Blackforest, how to get to the Alps, etc? Any and all information would be appreciated for our trip. Would like to stay in a castle at least one night, any suggestions. Help if you can!!! Thanks, Bluemoonmeme |

|  Re: germany in may The Black Forest region is the home of the cuckoo clocks, as well as palaces and castles such as: -Moated Castle Glatt -Fürstenberg Palace in Wolfach -Castle Hohengeroldseck -Castle ruin Rötteln near Lörrach -Palace Bonndorf As far as the Alps go, which one you mean the French Alps or the Bavarian Alps? |
