I did see a listing for a youth hostel right on the Germany/Swiss/Aus border that looks like it fits all your needs...but the listing says there is a max age of 27 with certain exceptions (family, for instance). Not sure the age range of your group, but perhaps they'd be willing to work with you since your group is so large. Here's the english version of the site. If you know German, here's their German site (sorry, I don't). The English version might be slightly dated (note the word "old" in the url address). Also note on the "hostelz.com" listing for this place, someone made a comment (scroll down) last year about the age restriction being removed. Either way give them a call, it might be true! Hope that helps...it's the only place I could find, but if the age restriction truly has been removed, then it looks like it could work great for you! Let us know! | |

| Re: Lake Constance Bodensee Lodging On our bike tour we found nice bed and breakfast establishments "Private Zimmers with Zimmer Frei signs" on our tour without reservations. Every year over 380,000 people ride bicycles around Lake Constance. Of that number, only 10,000 do not have advance reservations. If you are traveling during the high season of July and August, calling ahead at least a day, would be advisable. Even safer would be to take a guided tour that would book your accommodations. The extra money might be well worth it. We went in early June and there is plenty of capacity. | Re: Lake Constance/Bodensee Also I was given these hotels by Claudia Rümmler at Hotel Erbguths Villa am See who has 2 apartments Hotel Romantikhotel In Meersburg 3 km from Hagnau is the hotel Romantikhotel Residenz Tel. 0049 (0) 7532 - 80040. Or appartementhouse in Kippenhausen/Immenstaad (26 person)
