Adventure, romance and good food are just waiting to be discovered in Bergisches Land. If you want to see nature in all its colourful glory, summer in the Bergisches Land is a true sight to behold. Canoeing tours are a fantastic way to get from one place to another and leave you plenty of scope to enjoy the great outdoors.

| hi there, Some of the best place to visit in Germany include: - The Romantic Rhine River Valley, between Koblenz and Rudesheim, which is home to charming little German towns and castles. - Castle Neuschwanstein, located in southwest Bavaria, was the model castle for the fairy tale castle of Sleeping Beauty found at Disneyland. T - The Gothic Cathedral or Cologne Cathedral, is another popular place to admire the beautiful architecture. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy

I would suggest you to search for the places that you are interested in and then explore them by yourself because that way you can stay as long as you want in those places that you like better. Usually when I travel I take a rental car and visit all the places that I'm interested in. Sure, you can get in to trouble if you have not planed everything precisely, but it's worth the risk.

I think it would be best to travel by yourself. You can rent a car or take the train. As an independet traveller you will see more and pay less. You will always find someone who speaks english.

Hi Extreme_Warlock, Stuttgart and Munich are both nice cities. However, If you are traveling with the family, I would suggest staying near Lake Constance. Here at the lake, you can enjoy fun outdoor activities and bike tours. There is plenty of hotels and B&B's in the area, and I think your family would enjoy it here. Also, both Stuttgart and Munich are within two hours of the Lake, so it could also be a day trip if you don't fancy staying in the area.
