Nice Itinerary! I would suggest the Kempinski Hotel Bristol in Berlin as it is located in the heart of the city and close to many popular attractions. You can get to Schoenefeld Airport from Zoo Station about a 10 min. walk away. You can get anywhere from the U-Bahn near the hotel.

Hi there, Potsdamer Platz is a great place to hang around and has many cafes and restaurants. Also, Friedrichstrasse has many shops from international designers as well as upscale delicatessens.

Thanks, Guys! Very Helpful! Now I have a question or two.... I know where the Eagles nest is located, but how long do you think it would take to arrive there by train??? We haven't put it in our trip itinerary yet, we just wanted to see what you had to say! Also, I hear about these "Berlin Welcome Cards", are they legit? Should we think about getting one? The websites all suggest it, so what is your take on it?

Hi again, The Berlin Welcome Card gives you unlimited travel on Berlin subways and buses, as well as discounts on museums, restaurants and tours. Since you'll be doing some sightseeing and eating out, I think you can benefit from it.

| Hi there, You can get the Berlin welcome card for 2 days or 3 days. The 2 day pass costs 16.50 EUR. The 3 day pass one cost 22 EUR. You can purchase the Berlin welcome card online and it usually takes 5 working days to arrive. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
