Various bed and breakfast Bavaria for 5 people

We are 4 adults and 1 child age 6.
We will be travelling around Bavaria and Czech republic by car for 3 weeks
We plan to be on a farm stay in Allgau region for 7-10 days and Prague/cesky krumlov 7 days

Any good B and B recommendations for 2 rooms one with an extra bed when we travel through towns/cities

Munich
Stuttgart
Bamberg
Regensberg
Salzberg

I've never been but I've heard good things about this one. It's in Munich.
