Flights to Greece and Hotels

I am looking into a 10 day trip from Christmas through New Years in Greece.
Rhodes for Christmas for 4 days with friends, then I would like to go to visit Kos for sure but possibly staying somewhere in Santorini.
Any ideas or advice on flighs and Hotels close to the sea?

just Outside Rhodes City, two wonderful options for a hotels in Rhodes are the Pefkos Beach Hotel, near Lindos, and the Golden Days Hotel in Afandou.
