|  best snorkeling spots in Maui I am searching for the best snorkeling spots in Maui...where are the hot spots for snorkelers and divers, and can snorkeling be done anywhere on the island? |

| Re: best snorkeling spots in Maui You can pretty much snorkel and dive anywhere in the island, though two of the best snorkeling spots in Maui have to be Molokini Crater and Turtle Town because of their clear waters. Molokini Crater is underwater volcano where you will find a host of tropical fish, manta rays and even the occasional shark. If you're either a beginner or experienced diver/ snorkeler, you'd love snorkeling here since Molokini Crater is located just three miles off the Maui coast and is accessible by boat. Turtle Town is located between Nahuna Point and Black Sand Beach, and as the name suggests this place boasts lots of sea turtles. |

 | Re: best snorkeling spots in Maui Shore snorkeling is accessible anywhere including Mile Marker 14, La Perouse Bay, Kahana and going to any dive shop will get you a free snorkelers map. |
