Conveniently, inter-island flights are quick and easy. Visit Maui and make a stop at the Haleakala Crater, providing incredible hiking trails or head over to the Big Island and experience the Big Island Helicopter Tour.
Does anyone know which is the best guidebook to buy for Hawai? It will be my first time there and i am an inexperienced traveller, so i will be needing a book providing good basic general advice

Mine of course! Just kidding, which island? I like the Lonely Planet and Hidden Hawaii books, but then I also like the more off the beaten path approach give or take some of the big attactions.
