Honeymoon Oahu & Big Island Itinerary Advice

Hi,

We're planning to spend our honeymoon (Nov) on 2 islands- Oahu and Big Island. Please let me know if this itinerary makes sense. I'll also appreciate your comments about the hotels we picked.

Oahu:
Day 1-Arrive to Honolulu, stay at Wakiki Marriott

Day 2-Diamond head hike, Snorkeling in Hanauma Bay, optional: sea life park

Day 3-Pearl Harbor and Manoa Falls Hike

Day 4- North Shore, Polinesian Center

Day 5-Kailua Beach

Days 6-7 relax at Wakkiki beach and explore Honolulu

Big Island
Day 1-Arrive to Hilo airport, stay at Castle Hilo Hotel

Day 2-Volcano National Park(Thurston Lava Tube, Kilauea Iki trail?-which hike would you recommend? we're experienced hikers in good shape), overnight at Hilo

Day 3- Akkaka Falls, Rainbow Falls, Lili'uokalani Gardens (optional), Helocopter Tour( optional), overnight at Hilo

Day 4- Drive to Kona, on the way stop at South Point/ Green Beach (is it worth visiting?) and Puuhonua National Park. Any other places to visit on the way?)
Overnight at Royal Kona Resort, Waikoloa Beach Marriott or Hilton Waikoloa Village?
Where is the best area to stay on Kona side? It looks like hotels in Kona are surrounded by walls, so it’s impossible to swim?!)

Day 5-Fair Wind Kealakekua Bay Snorkeling, Hapuna Beach
Days 6-Mauna Kia Hiking
Day 7-Parasailing, Anaehoomalu Beach, any other suggestions?

Also, please let me know what is the best road to take from Hilo to Kona.
Are we missing out a lot by not doing the full circle of the island?
