Which side of the plane?

I am flying between Honolulu and Maui later this month. Where should I sit to get the best views?

Different Airlines will take slightly different routes but not too different. The best seat is obviously a window seat, i don't know about one side having more view than the other. Also, difficult to say as peoples left and right side would be differen depending on what entrance you take onto the plane. I would say pot luck, have a go and see where you land up, hopefully you should see views either side.

When you land at Kahalui Airport in Maui you will circle over the isthmus and land with Haleakala volcano ridge on the right side of the plane and the pineapple plantations on the left side.

Coming into Honolulu, you will probably see lots of ocean despite your side but perhaps Pearl City might be seen on your left side.

The inside. lol

I couldn't pass this one by. Flights seem to travel south of Hawaii each time so I guess when coming to Hawaii the right side and when leaving Hawaii :( the left side of the airline.
