|  Hawaiii car rental Aloha, I own a travel agency that books cars with 7 major agencies in Hawaii, started back in 1986. I want to mention due to the economy in the last quarter of 08', many agencies have reduced their rental car fleets by 40% or so. We are now seeing sell outs happening on normal weekends on the Big Island, Oahu and Maui with nothing special happening. So, before you book the flight make sure you have a car to rent.
