In Kaneohe there's a free campground at Ho`omaluhia,a garden with plants from tropical regions around the world. No beach, but no parties or any loud noise for that matter. It's very quiet and very beautiful. I can join my recommendation too as I know people that stayed there and loved every minute, but if you must be on the beach - I suppose your teen really need to be on the beach as most teens do - then you'll have to stay somewhere else. |
