|  Re: Fishing Idaho Hi there, Sandpoint fly fishing has long been recognized as some of the best fishing in the world, with various types of salmon and trout being the main fish. I would suggest the train ride also because of the lovely Idaho scenery. Sandpoint trains are a great way to get to the city and they run via the Northern Pacific Railroad, with Amtrak trains being the prominent passenger trains in the area. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
