Hancock Observatory vs Willis Tower's Skydeck

hey guys, anyone been to either or both of them..which is one is best to visit for the views?

If I had to choose between the Willis Tower's Skydeck or the John Hancock Observatory, I 'd go to the Hancock Observatory. Even locals say that Hancock Observatory is best!

I've been to both the Willis Tower and Hancock Observatory and the views from Hancock Observatory were more spectacular than Willis Tower's. Also, entry to Hancock Observatory came with an audio guide narration about Chicago's history, which was extremely informative.

The Willis seems a little more touristy to me. It has a lot of exhibits and stuff that introduces you to Chicago. The Hancock is a bit more sophisticated, especially when you visit its bar. And in the first few months of the year, there's a skating rink up on the top floor observatory.
