Chicago Attractions

I'm assuming this forum was just added since I'm first to start a thread! Being from the area, I am a huge Chicago fan. Born and raised. Since I'm a fan, here are a few of my favorite things to do in the city, and things I recommend any tourists to try out if/when they make it to the Windy City:

1. Magnificent Mile - If you're into walking around and experiencing a city firsthand, this is a great way to do it. Lots of great dining too...if you like your meat try out Lawry's.

2. Wrigley Field - No excuse to miss this, especially during baseball season. It's a veritable baseball place of worship. So much history, so national yet so local. Even that loser friend of yours who doesn't like baseball would have a good time.

3. Taste of Chicago - This event, the world's largest food festival, is coming up...late June/early July. Lots and lots of Chicago food purveyors flex their cookbook and try their hardest to impress the hard to please. End result is some gooooood eatin'!

Those are just a few...any other Chicagoans feel free to add to my list!

How about Millenium Park? Never been there, but heard it's great.
