Vacation condo rentals

Does anyone have any information (good or bad) about some condos available for vacation rentals at 30 East Huron?

These seem to be private residences or do they have a rental option? I know the area well some call it the "gold coast" its near alot of fine restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Yes, apparently they are private residences, but I've found several that are offered for vacation weekends. Just curious if there's any info out there.......thanks.
