| Re: Staying in Illinois first time Hi there, Chicago city offers great things to do for the family and you could visit the following: The Sears Tower The Navy Pier The John Hancock Center The Children's Museum Also, you could visit the Shawnee National Forest where you can observe the beautiful Ozark and Shawnee Hills and explore the five distinct ecosystems within the Forest, which include prairie wetlands, hardwood forests, lakes, rivers, and small canyons.
