Chicago is full of things to do and some attractions I can suggest are:

- The Art Institute of Chicago where you’ll find a spectacular collection of Impressionist and post Impressionist works by Monet, Renoir, and Gaugin among other celebrated artists.

- The Field Museum where you can explore cultures and environments from around the world.

- The Sears Tower where you can see Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin from the 103rd floor.

We've been to the windy city in both spring and winter, and hands down, one of the best times to visit would definitely be the spring. I love, love, love shopping, so of course, we walked the Magnificent Mile. The Hancock Tower and the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower), both offer a fantastic bird's eye view of the city. We had a drink by the window in the Hancock Tower, and I was lucky enough to find out that the best view is from the ladies' room. If you're with the family, or even if you're by yourself of with a couple of friends, the Navy Pier is a great place to find some entertainment. For some free attractions, check out the Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory.
