|  when to go to India hi, im planning when to go to India and i have a couple of questions. When is monsoon season in India and when is the most pleasant time to visit India? |

| Re: when to go to India hi there, Monsoon season runs from June to September and it is probably the most uncomfortable time to travel to India. Places such as Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, are hit by a later monsoon period that begins toward mid-October. The best and most pleasant time to visit India is during September and October, or March and April. These are also good times if you want to save some money. |

Northern India contains the snow-bound peaks (Himalaya, Gangetic Plain) Himalayan region from the southern peninsula and stretches from the Arabian Sea to the Bay of Bengal You can make your tour to Ahmedabad. Great tourist attraction destination, There are number of places to see in and around the city. Best place for people those who have a taste for history and architecture. | Re: when to go to India My Favorite place in india is Diu island because of its beautiful beaches, waves, sun and fun. Diu is not just an another island of India. It is probably one of the most peaceful islands of the Indian subcontinent. If you are a person born and raised in the city and if you are a serious traveler then you would fall in love with this paradise island. |

| Re: when to go to India If you plan to travel to the north of India is perfectly suited months of May June and August September If you want to visit the southern states is winter the best time, not very hot no rain - this period lasts from November to March |
