Bali...good or a bad place?

I am planning a trip to Asia..maybe Bali this Feb and still not sure whether it is a good or a bad place?... what is it like being there, would you tell please?

I think Bali is an awesome place, though like anywhere in the world, it all depends where in Bali you are going.

If you've been to Bahamas and Cancun, and know what is like during spring break, Bali won't surprise you all that much because some parts are way too touristy.

If you want to get a feel of the real Bali, head to the northeast coast of Indonesia. There, you'll find local fisherman that will take you to the Gili Isles. Gili is great as no vehicles are allowed, and people get by on foot or bike.

This place is truly an amazing contrast from Bali!
