best spot for scuba diving in Israel

hello, we'd like to getaway this July to Israel for the first time and I could do with some input. any ideas where the best places for swimming and scuba diving is in Israel?

The southern city of Eilat is one of the best places for scuba diving in Israel as it boasts over 10 diving sites with warm crystal clear waters which are teeming with marine life and coral reefs.

The nightlife in Eilat is one of the best around the coastal towns of Israel and the beaches boast some particularly good sand.

For instance, Papaya beach and Nikki Beach are popular among the young and professional crowds as they feature beach side VIP bars.
