| Re: glass factory tour in Venice hi there, Vecchia Murano Glass Factory is the oldest one in Venice and it's located near St. Mark's Square. As far as I know there is an admission fee. For free glass tours, I would suggest to get on a vaporetto and head to Murano where you'll be able to enjoy free glass blowing demonstrations. You can simply stop in and watch the artisans, as they will let you walk right into their warehouses while they’re working. Also, you can buy their unique glass art at a discounted cost. hope this helps Vacationbuddy
