|  farmhouses near Florence hello, has anyone rented a farmhouse near Florence? what did you like about it and what would you say are the advantages when compared to villas, hotels, etc? |

|  Re: farmhouses near Florence hi there, If you want to experience the magical Tuscan hills, you would love staying at a nearby farmhouse, and since most farmhouses near Florence are so close to the city to go back and forth, it makes perfect sense. There are farmhouses that are within easy walking distance of a train and bus station that offer direct service to Florence. At the farmhouse you can learn about farm life and helping out around the farm, while enjoying the tranquil environment. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
