|  airport near Portofino hi, is there an airport in Portofino? if so, can you tell me the name please? also, is it possible to get direct flights to Portofino? thank you |

|  Re: airport near Portofino There is no airport in Portofino so, Portofino flights go through nearest airport which is Christopher Columbus Airport in the city of Genoa. Having said this, there are other options to get to Portofino like driving or taking the train from Milan, or traveling from Nice in France. I'd suggest though to land in Christopher Columbus Airport since it'll be the most convenient way to get to Portofino. If you're coming from the United States, you may be able to find a flight option with only two stops if depart from a major airport in the US. For instance, you can get a direct flight from JFK in New York City to Milan, and from Milan, take a train directly to Portofino. |
