My roomate and I are planning a weeklong stay in Florence during our Thanksgiving Break. We are trying to find the cheapest airline tickets possible. Is it smarter to book now, plenty of time in advance? Or would it be wiser to wait until summer has ended and ticket prices might be dropping? Any advice would be more than welcome!

Once you are in Italy or before you leave, you should try to look at contiki. It's a travel company for 18-35 year olds and they take you to the best places. I went to Florence and Venice with Contiki.
